Constitutional grounds for limiting the right to strike in relation to members of the civil service corps

Abstract

The right to strike is considered one of the basic human rights, however, it is subject to
numerous restrictions in Polish regulations. In particular, the subjective limitations relating to
members of the civil service corps raise doubts. This article indicates the constitutional scope
of the right to strike, in order to refer further to specific regulations and indicate possible
possibilities of modifying the currently existing provisions.
